Reward confirmation
The rewards credited to the account member are identified by trolleyCASH and the merchant partner. This step depends on each partner's confirmation timeframe.
You can check your credited amount by clicking either the direct links / my account / My shopping as shown below.

The amount of cash back you get from a kitty is considered as a bonus cash back

Dormant account
If your account is dormant (i.e. you have not purchased anything on our partners' websites through trolleyCASH for over 2 years) we reserve the right to cancel your account and any cashback earned.

You can request your payment when:
Your total amount of cash back is £10 or more or when the confirmed cash back and bonuses total is £30 or more. Once one of these levels is reached, the "I REQUEST MY CASHBACK" button appears and become clickable.

You can only make one payment request at a time. To request another payment, you'll have to wait until you reach the earnings level given above. .

Example: purchase summary table
CASE 1
This example shows that this member has reached the £10 confirmed cash back threshold and then he receives his £16 (£10 + £6) cashback on his bank account.

CASE 2
In this example, the balance is over £30. After asking for his or her cash back the member will receive his £31on his bank account.

CASE 3
In this third case, the member hasn't yet reached either of the payment levels. The cash back amount is actually less than £10 (£8 < £10). Similarly, the balance is less than £30 (£8+ £4 = £12 < £30).

CASE 4
In this case, the member has already £28 (£20+£8) paid by bank transfer.
He has also reached the £10 confirmed cash back threshold and then he receives his £15 (£10 + £5) cashback on his bank account
