You cannot join a trolleyTEAM. You can only be referred by a friend, or you can create your own trolleyTEAM and ask your friends to join.
>> I would like to leave or change my trolleyTEAM.
You can leave a team by creating a new one. You cannot change a team, except by being referred by another team.
If you’re an administrator you can’t terminate a team until all your team-mates have left.
>> The kitty total is different from what it should be
Reminder: Definitive totals will be available on the last day of the quarter. At the end of every quarter, the kitty will be shared between all team-mates and the total will be updated to 0.

Warning: an active member is defined as someone who has already purchased something from one of our partners, SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE TEAM. All orders placed before joining the team don’t count towards the kitty, so please pay close attention to members registration dates.

Please also pay close attention to order dates. They should be during the quarter only.

>> Can anyone register for trolleyCASH?
Yes everybody. Companies, associations, individuals…anybody who wants to take advantage of trolleyCASH and its discounts and offers. There are no geographic limitations. If you live abroad just indicate your location information.

Cash back is a percentage you receive on the amount you spent on shops’ websites.
>> Can we use both cash back and partner discounts?
Yes. Cash back can be used in combination with partners’ discounts, unless otherwise specified. The cash back applies to the product total with any discounts deducted.
>> Are there cash backs for each product?
Yes. Cash back is on all products (apart from special deals mentioned by the retailers).
>> I made a purchase and my CashBack is not on my account yet.
We need to wait for the validation of the merchant before adding your cash back to your account. This process can take 7 to 50 days.
If one of your purchases is cancelled, the cashback will be removed

The kitty is shared and distributed to team-mates on the last day of the quarter.
>> What happens if an order is cancelled after the account is closed?
The system checks everything the next quarter and if any of the orders are cancelled the sum paid out in the last quarter will be deducted from the new kitty. Indeed, your account can have a negative balance.

trolleyCASH retailer pages have their own secure mode based on the HTTPS secured protocol.
>> I have a payment problem with a partner
No money is exchanged via trolleyCASH. All the purchases take place at the partners’ shops. If you experience any problems, please contact the relevant partner directly.
>> Where is the catch
There is no trick or any trap! Joining trolleyCASH is free and you have absolutely no commitment. TrolleyCASH is paid a set amount of commission, each time you purchase anything from our retailers.

Rather than keeping this commission for our company. We prefer to share it with you to prove how we enjoy our relations with customers.
